With the Cork Summer Show fast approaching, organisers are pleased to announce several convenient transport options to ensure visitors can easily access the event. The show, held at Exit 2 (Curraheen) on the N40, promises a fun-filled day for all attendees. To facilitate smooth and hassle-free travel, the following bus services are available:

  1. Bus Éireann 208 Extension: This service brings visitors directly to the entrance of the show. Running from 0700 to 2030, buses operate every 15 minutes throughout most of the day, ensuring a regular and reliable mode of transport.
  2. Free Shuttle Buses: Two free shuttle services will be available for show attendees:
    • Tesco Ballincollig Car Park: Pickup points include Main Street in Ballincollig.
    • Blackash Park and Ride on Kinsale Road: This service provides another convenient option for those travelling from the southern parts of the city.

In addition to these transport options, a delightful moment was captured recently when the Lord Mayor visited the MAS Council to view the build on Tuesday, highlighting the community’s excitement and involvement in this year’s show.
