Gardaí are appealing to the public for assistance in locating 23-year-old James O’Brien, who has been missing from the Ballincollig area of Cork since March 23rd, 2024.

James is described as being 6’ 2” tall, with a slim build, black hair, and blue eyes.

Both Gardaí and James’s family are concerned for his welfare and are eager to locate him.
