Gardaí in Macroom who are investigating a serious assault at a car park, in the Sleaveen East area of Macroom have charged a man in his 30’s. He’s due to appear before a special sitting of Bantry District Court today, at 12pm.

The assault took place shortly after midnight on Thursday, 21st March in a car park in Sleaveen East.
