Following heavy rainfall overnight which lead to Flash Flooding in many parts of West Cork, a number of road closures are in place.
- Cork County Council are advising motorists that the N71 at Connonagh Morris Arms is closed due to flooding. Diversions via Dunmanway (between Clonakilty and Skibbereen.) Motorists are being advised not to drive through the flood water.
- Reports of heavy flooding in Dunmanway on the R586 between Enniskeane and Drimoleague, take care on approach.
- Reports of flooding between Dunmanway and Macroom, particularly between Dunmanway and Ardcahan Bridge. The road is reported as impassable.
- The R597 between Rosscarbery and Glandore is closed until further notice due to flooding. Local diversions are in place.
