Gardaí are seeking witnesses to a serious road traffic collision that occurred in Bantry, Co. Cork, on the evening of Saturday, 30th November 2024.
The incident, which involved a car and a pedestrian, took place shortly before 6pm on Glengarrif Road, Newtown, Bantry. The pedestrian, a woman in her 60s, sustained injuries and is currently receiving treatment in hospital.
In an effort to assist the ongoing investigation, Gardaí are urging anyone who may have witnessed the collision to come forward. They are particularly interested in reviewing camera footage, including dashcam videos, from vehicles that were in the area at the time.
