Weather and Tidal Flood Advisory for this weekend

There is a possibility of some coastal road flooding together with the possibility of properties in low lying coastal areas under threat with current weather and tidal forecasts.

Spring tides & onshore breezes could result in overtopping and flooding in some locations. At the moment it is difficult to be certain if flooding will occur, as wind speed, wind direction, rainfall amounts & barometric pressure influence water levels.

Cork County Council will monitor the situation and issue updates as necessary.
