Met Éireann has has issued a status yellow – low temperature warning for Ireland overnight tonight.

• Forecasters that lowest temperatures are set to dip as low as temperature of -3°C overnight tonight. Extreme care on the roads is advised, however, main routes will be gritted. We have precautionary gritting information on the routes taken by Egis Lagan available here.
