Cork City Council – Free Christmas Tree Recycling
Well, we did it – we’re at the other side of the New Year and the Christmas season draws to a close. It’s time to start thinking about recycling the Christmas Tree.
Cork City Council are urging people to dispose of their Christmas trees only at designated locations. Cork City Council are offering free Christmas tree recycling at the following locations:
- Civic Amenity Recycling Centre, Kinsale Road
- Ballinlough Park (Opposite Gus Healy Swimming Pool)
- Clashduv Park, Togher
- Green at the junction of Murmount Road/Iona Road, Montenotte
- Green adjacent to the Sam Allen Sports Complex, Gurranabraher
Trees can be recycled free of charge at any of the mentioned sites between Tuesday, 2nd January and Wednesday, 31st January 2018.
