As the country moves to level 5 restrictions, from Thursday October 22, Cork County Council Library will move its services online.

A wide range of ebooks, eaudio, emagazines, enewspapers and ecourses are all available free of charge. From our website you can join the library and access a full range of free online services from home. You can access BorrowBox for eBooks and eAudiobooks, RBDigital for magazines, PressReader for newspapers, Transparent Language for language learning and UniversalClass for online courses. The staff of the Local Studies Library are still available to answer your queries about local and family history. For those who were availing of the Book Collection Service, it will not be possible to collect such items from this date. The online book request system is paused until further notice but you can still access your account online. Your books will be automatically renewed if they were due to be returned over the next six weeks.
