An Post have advised on the deadlines for sending Post in time for Christmas this year.

Angus Laverty, Public Affairs Manager with An Post has said that:

Right now we are handling some 3.3 million parcels every week through our system. Our parcel volumes are through the roof since March. This is up 230% on last year.

Deadline dates:

• US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Asia: Monday 7th December
• Rest of Europe: Saturday 12th December
• UK: Friday 18th December
• Ireland: Monday 21st December
